Knights of Columbus #8781 Lenten Fish Fry

St. Mary's Legacy Clinic is honored to be chosen by the Knights of Columbus #8781 for one of their Lenten Fish Fry fundraisers. Please join us for a night of faith, food, and fun as we gather together at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Farragut on March 27th. Stations of the Cross starts at 6pm with the Fish Fry Dinner to follow immediately afterwards.

Here is just one story about a patient who received care from St. Mary's Legacy Clinic:

We had a 23-year-old patient with Type 1 Diabetes come to us in severe Diabetic Ketoacidosis. She had to be taken by ambulance to the ER and had a prolonged ICU stay for treatment. She had moved from out of state, lost her Medicaid coverage, and ran out of insulin. We were able to send her home with free insulin from our Clinic, and our team worked with her to get coverage for her medication. She had issues with highs and lows on basal/bolus insulin, so we did some investigation and were able to help her sign up for a prescription assistance program for an insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor. She is now doing very well, enjoying her 20s and out of danger thanks to the hard work of our team!​​
