Medical Provider
Volunteer Application

We are looking for licensed medical providers.

Clinical Volunteer Application

We are looking for nurses, phlebotomists, patient educators, and triage/medical assistants.

Non-Clinical Volunteer Application

We are looking for drivers, administrative assistants, cleaning and restocking help, maintenance repair, translators, site managers, registration, and hospitality volunteers!

Safe Environment Training

All volunteers must complete the Safe Environment training to work with Saint Mary's Legacy Clinic!
